100 Qatari Women - the identity

100 Qatari Women is a storytelling initiative launched by the Qatari Businesswomen Association to spotlight the voices, achievements, and journeys of Qatari women across generations and fields. The project documents 100 personal stories — from pioneers in business and culture to emerging voices in science, design, and social change — weaving them into a growing archive of inspiration and visibility. It’s not about titles or status, but about presence, resilience, and contribution.

Be&Reach was entrusted with translating this vision into a distinct and lasting visual identity — one that honors individuality while building a collective narrative.

We created a brand that speaks with quiet power. The identity is anchored in a dandelion-inspired symbol — each seed representing a woman’s voice carried across time and space. Elegant. Unapologetic. Rooted in tradition, yet forward-facing.

The dandelion flower reflects optimism and the fulfilment of dreams, as well as overcoming life’s challenges with motivation and inspiration. The flower’s brilliant golden petals represent the celebration of each woman’s achievements, while its colourful seeds represent the distinctive diversity that comprises the whole. Prevailing individually, each is a remarkable and essential element of the blossoming flower.
your digital strategy

Plan with clarity. Build with confidence

We help you map out your digital ecosystem—what to build, how to build it, and why. Whether it’s creating better workflows or launching a new digital product, we bring structure and strategic thinking to every stage.

At the heart of the project is a beautifully crafted bilingual book — a visual archive of 100 women, 100 stories, and a shared cultural legacy. Our goal was to create a publication that felt timeless yet personal: a design object that commands presence, but invites quiet reflection. Each spread balances portraiture with narrative, using minimal layouts and generous spacing to let every story breathe.
